Essential Job Functions:
Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling the most sought after class B and C Vans
Ability to learn our products inside and out, with continued training and education
Perform effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
Follow up and commitment to a high integrity approach with each customer
Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization
Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance
Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management
Essential Job Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus
Sales experience not required but appreciated
Have strong motivational skills, high energy, and ability to work independently and as a team
Professional appearance and demeanor necessary
Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management
Competitive by nature, with a knack for relating to people
All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test before being hired.
Valid drivers license is required.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per yearEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
